Before you place an order, here are the key things to know about our embroidery services. We keep the process simple, flexible, and transparent so you can get exactly what you need—whether it’s uniforms, team gear, or custom merch. Bring your items in or let us source them for you, and we’ll help you figure out the best setup for your project.

Minimum order is 6 pieces per design.
Orders under 6 pieces include a $25 setup fee. -

All new logos must be converted into an embroidery file before stitching. This one-time setup is called digitizing and ensures your design stitches clean, properly sized, and production-ready.

Some designs require multiple thread colors. Additional thread changes during production are $20 per change.

Digitizing: Turning Your Logo Into Embroidery
Embroidery machines can’t read regular artwork files alone — your logo must first be digitized. Digitizing is the process of converting your design into a stitch file that tells the machine exactly how to sew your logo, including stitch direction, density, layering, and thread paths.
