Before printing, we always want to ensure that we are on the same page as our customers. Our in-house graphic designers will reach out to you shortly after placing the order with a digital rendering of what the prints will look like. This will let you see what you will be getting before anything is actually printed. Once approved, we proceed with the order!

CUSTOM INK COLOR MIX $25

If we do not have the exact color you need in our standard ink selection you can pay a $25 custom color fee per custom color and we will match a pantone color of your choice.

INK cHANGE $25

A $25 fee applies when an ink color needs to be changed for part of the order. This covers the time and materials required to clean and reload the press with the new color.

Curious how it works?

A graphic designer prints the finalized artwork—in Black—on a transparent piece of FILM.
This film is used to create a stencil on a SCREEN. A thick, light-sensitive liquid called emulsion is spread across the screen and it and the film is placed into a UV light bed. The black parts of the film block the UV light from hardening parts of the emulsion.
The screen is washed off, and only the emulsion that was blocked by the black parts of the film wash off. What is left is the hardened emulsion. This creates a cookie-cutter-like stencil which we can use to create incredibly accurate prints!
A SHIRT is stretched out on the print bed and the SCREEN is positioned above it. INK of the desired color is poured onto the screen. With a SQUEEGEE, our printers spread the ink across the screen, which pushes it through the open parts of the screen and onto the shirt.
Our printers then transfer the SHIRT to the heat bed, which cures the ink so that it sets permanently.
The shirt is finished and ready to go!
